Return and Refund Policy
You may request a return within 3 calendar days of delivery, beginning from the date your order is received.
Returns are only accepted if the item is unused, undamaged, in original condition, and includes all original packaging, labels, price tags, accessories, and freebies. Items missing serial numbers, damaged, or used are ineligible.
The store does not offer direct exchanges or replacements. To change items, you must return your initial order for a refund and then place a new order for your preferred product.
Faulty or incorrect items can be returned free of charge within 7 days—including return shipping paid by Flora Galleria.
Change‑of‑mind/standard returns incur a flat AED 30 return fee per order.
Once a return is requested, a courier will contact you within 3–5 days, though pickup may take up to two weeks in rare cases.
Credit card or online payment refunds take 3–7 working days to complete.
Cash‑on‑Delivery refunds are deposited into your bank account within 2–4 business days after providing valid bank details. A notification is sent within 24 hours once the quality check is passed.
